Very terrible experience. Dirty rooms owners argue with customers. AC was leaking in balcony. Hardly used balcony. Bathroom was not clean there were hairs on nobs. Pathetic service. Very small rooms not as it was shown in video. Visit this hotel if you want to spoil your stay

This was the worst hotel that i have ever been too. We booked directly with the hotel and paid 3k advance and room pictures were shared with us and it looked okay and since it was a last minute booking we didn’t have mucb options either. From the moment we entered, the pool looked like it was never cleaned, and the surrounding area was so dirty. next we saw the rooms.. it was nothing in comparison to the pictures! They probably clicked the room photos when it was newly done because there was paint chipping off, bathrooms were reeking of smoke, the floor was wet and it looked like a very shady place. So we asked the owner that this is so different but she insisted that it was similar to what pictures she had shared and was in complete denial to the point that she started fighting. This was probably just so that she doesn’t have to return the refund! Finally some other owner came and took charge of the situation and was at least decent in speaking to us and gave half refund. These hotels think that just because we have paid some money they can talk to us anyhow they want and with what authority? It is a sham and please never book this place atleast for family.. worst experience ever would never recommend this place. If i could give negative points it go upto -100

Absolutely not worth for money, avoid if you are not desperate for property adjacent to beach. Not at all maintained, dirty smell, not at all worth for the money being charged especially over charging during weekends

Poorly maintained hotel. Management must intervene. The only positive point is that the property is bang on the beach. The room we stayed had a balcony. The room rent we paid was 7500 booked through MakeMyTrip which I feel a total rip off, the room could have been worth 2000 given the property status and max of 3000 given the location. Poor housekeeping, No amenities in hygienic condition. Food quality poor at the restaurant below. The only thing I liked is the location and the view of the beach from the balcony.

In alibaug you don't have many things to do except water sports, animal rides, sea sight and alibaugh fort. All these you can enjoy by staying in this hotel. Window view of sea and alibaug fort is mindblowing. It has swimming pool, DJ room, game room, and small garden too. Complete family entertainment. Staffs are also nice.
